Phone support??

has anyone ever gotten a hold of support via the phone??? They banned my husbands account again because now they say there is a payment dispute filed.... but we have no such thing open! We tried calling the 650-590-7700 to get a hold of someone. We did the billing department but got same recording. then we tried all the ext numbers 7780 81 82 83 84 85 86. Not one person answered their phone......

    they have 10 titles and millions of subscribers but an ignore everyone ticketing system and no customer support number - but a billing number

    tell you much about the company?

    but no one answers... Tickets system they answer but it takes days and days.
