Gateway inaccurate info

so i was trying to see if there was a difference between the game and the gateway, it seems the timers on the gateway are off by 1 minute...
but then the gateway says complete but i cant collect until that minute has passed

also sometimes not all the tasks show up under each profession (only rare ones show)




separate from this, a search for the forum would be good (to see if anyone else posted a similar issue)
also where do i find the bugs i submitted via the game directly (cant find them)

I have this problem with gateway too. It looks to me like the timer for professions is off my 1 min 40 sec. Starting a 10 min task, the timer starts at 8 min 20 sec and with the timer runs out it sits there until the full 10 min is up.
