Quest Turn In only shows up after log out/log back in....

Ive created my first quest, and all went well and was working, then suddenly this problem:

On exiting Dungeon and using Overworld Map to get back to Protector's Enclave, my quest turn in text disappears and the quest cannot be completed. UNLESS - you log out and then log back in. Then the turn in text appears and you can complete the quest.

Has anyone else experienced this?
