High ping problems. Started a few days ago.

Hi, I'm sure some of you also have this problem since i have seen the zone chat being somewhat flooded by people
saying that they are lagging a lot.
My ping was fine till a few days ago when it really shot up and is now 200.
I'm just hoping that one of you have perhaps found a fix to this sudden problem and is willing to share how to
get the ping down to a playable level, having to press an attack button several times in PvP and attacks not connecting isn't really fun..
