Serious Mount/At will bug

On my cleric upon reaching level 35 i unlocked the ability "Brand of the Sun" which is an At-will. When i unlocked it and put it on my left click it bugged out my mount button. I cannot mount period now no matter what i try to remap my keybind to. If i have Brand of the sun as one of my at wills my mount button tries to cast brand of the sun and tells me i need a target, if i take it off my at wills the mount button is completely unresponsive. Ive tried multiple tickets and have gotten no response at all, even trying a ticket in the stuck tickets to get attention but nothing. Can someone please help me? Its pretty unbearable not being able to mount at all. Tried Everything i can think of even a full re-install and still nothing and im not paying for a full respec to fix a bug.

    Putting another point into Brand of Light fixed it. Some wacky pathing going on there with the first point. May want to look into it.
