Which wiz passive powers are worth it?

I see these passive abilities that add 1% to this or that, are any of these worth the trouble or is it better to just add another 10% damage to a spell?

Realm of the Demiurge Foundry Works

Neverwinter isn't D&D, it is a MMO based on a game that uses D&D terms but isn't really D&D either. NW is fun (for that matter so is 4E), but it isn't D&D, and once you wrap your expectations around that you will be able to enjoy the game for what it offers and not worry about what it does not.

Just curious, how much does that storm spell hits for? I tried the one where when you're below 50% you're doing dmg to you attacker and it's a joke.

Storm Spell is decent. For me it hits for about 20% more than a single magic missile, if that gives you any idea.

    Evocation: 15% AOE damage.
Orb of Imposition: 15% Control...boost? Duration, if I remember correctly.
    Storm Spell: Proc for damage.
    Eye of the Storm: Autocrit?

    We have some solid passives.

There are lots of good ones. The hard part is choosing which two to put in your build.

Personally, I go primarily for icy control effects. So, Orb of Imposition and Chilling Presence for now (only level 28). One thing I've noticed is that I think OoI affects Chill duration. I used to see my Chill stacks fall off of targets when using Chilling Cloud spam, but, after upgrading OoI from Rank I to Rank III, I have no problems building and maintaining Chill just with Chilling Cloud.

(Yes, Ray of Frost is the superior At-Will overall, but I use Chilling Crowd when I pull a group that doesn't die in one use of Chill Strike.)
