Control bonus(wisdom) how important is it?

So i have a level 25 CW i bounce around my alts often enough and mostly play with a friend. Now i noticed while glancing at stats that wisdom has a bonus to control effects. As an ice wizard i almost strictly focus on CC effects, with some damage effects as a side grade but, when i am 60 i dont intend to have any arcane spells except maybe entangling force. So i wonder how effective is control bonus? and with it being a 15 is it going to hinder me later on?
