Boats are active after sorting out the leak problem. The trail sometimes points into the sky. It is easy to miss Xallianer and then you may not have any other active quests and find it hard to progress.

    what was your problem?
    the boats are not interactable for me
    i destroyed 2 yesterday but when i logged in today, i couldnt
