Gallery explains itself. I think I have figured out a method to get this chest and its much simpler than I was trying (edit: tried the method, did not work). It should still be noted as a bit of a design flaw that it could lead a player so far astray. When platforming up the houses, it seemed like that was what the designers intended (the gutter was in the perfect spot and had no other design purpose). It wasn't until I was on the building behind the one with the chest when I was clipping through the chimney that I realized that the designers hadn't intended for players to reach that spot.
