Zen/Astral diamond exchange. Listings getting stuck

You get 5 slots to list buy and sell orders on the Zen/Astral diamond exchange.

I now have 2 of those 5 slots locked up with orders I can't erase and will not fill. Not sure how they get bugged, but again no response from CSR on this or emails being deleted with attachments from deleting unrelated mail so stopped buying Zen.

Not only did I stop buying Zen, but if 3 more slots get bugged I will have ZERO reason to buy it because I couldn't use it. I would think their top priority is fixing the way people pay for the game, too funny.

    On top of that, I have used the exchange and it glitched and now I don't have the astral diamonds or the zen. The exchanged is so bugged that using it risks you losing the items you put on the exchange. And of course there is no way to get in contact with Customer Support, all you receive are automated messages. Overall, I would be wary about spending anymore money until they fix these problems.

    Edit: They fixed my problem, but it would have been nice to receive a message that they did.
