WE are all here waiting to play , low on inventory space, needing a mount or maybe some keys . . . .. .

That code just might push us off the fence . . . .

its funny, but when a game tries this hard to nickle and dime me, I usually react the other way

so discounts or not, what they have achieved is that I will NOT spend any money whatsoever, EVER. and once the game stops being entertaining for a freeloader, or as soon as a worthy P2P game is out, I'll simply quit.

I feel sorry for the poor suckers that spent $200, they fell hook liner and sinker for this despicable cash grab

I'll take the code if they offer one, I'd rather not spend any more right now but there are some things I'd still like to get...

THey arnt nickle and diming you. They have spent millions on a product and you can enjoy it in full capacity for no cost. Of course there is gonna be things that make your experience more enjoyable but at a cost. Welcome to f2p.

it's always a good time for free stuff when you are not paying the bill.....not trying to shut down discussion but if the servers were so borked we literally could not play for days and they couldn't fix it for days , ya i would say cough up some free loot for all.

I’d like to see this F2P trend disappearing asap.

Face the truth: developing and running good MMOs cost a lot of money. How can you believe to play it and having the full game experience without spending money?

Don’t come now and tell me: Hey, you don’t have to spend any money on the game. This may be true, at least in theory. But how long could such game last with generating money? I guess many people will spend money, like I already did.

What I dislike in these so called F2P games is you hardly can tell in advance how much money you are going to spend. I prefer P2P systems by far where I do know it will cost me like 12-15 € each month but I can do in game whatever I want and whenever I want to.

Zen was on sale about 2 weeks before NW launched.

Don't expect another sale for 4 months or so (roughly the last time they had a sale).

Zen sales average about once a quarter.
Open the Launcher. Click Options near the top. Check Disable on-demand patching. This will download another couple of gigs.

Why would you feel sorry for them? it is their money is it not? they worked for it right?
What gives you or any other the right to judge how others spend their income?

Tbh i'm satisfied with my Hotn/Guardian/Starter pack purchases, i'm not rich and i'm not a little child with dad's credit card, i'm just a normal man with a work and family with some hobbies to do in my free time (not so much indeed :D), i just saved money for a while :)

I also have a lot of friends that play this game with f2p options only and they are having fun too without Zen.....
