Game crash "black screen" after click play

Game always crash after click the play botton, then i verify? all files and more crashes ... sometimes i see CRYPTIC logos that is all...black screen .
I download 5 times the game, reinstall 10 times, pass ccleaner, antivirus, update drivers, dx ,setup all permisions and m friends can log m account
HELP M PLZ!

    I have sort of the same issue. It hangs at the character select screen, only the top with the version # is visible. Black screen other than that. I uninstalled and reinstalled the client, patched and now it hangs at the monitor calibration screen. Clicking the OK button does not do anything.
