Help with playing toon on another PC?

I have downloaded the client to my desktop and laptop.

Neverwinter works fine on my desktop, however when I try to play on my laptop after I hit play the message reads: Oops! Cryptic error. Your application has crashed. In order for us to determine what happened please submit...

Can anyone offer suggestions or advice to be able to play on my labtop?
