No Facial Hair Option in Costume Editor

Is this actually true, or have I just been looking in the wrong place? This seems like a very strange thing to leave out, all things considered. I hope they add it in soon, if it isn't actually there. It certainly makes dwarf characters a bit of a pain to make, considering how important beards are to their overall image.
