"Q: Do I need to configure my firewall settings to play Neverwinter?
To ensure that you can download and play the game successfully, we recommend that the following outbound ports are configured to be open:
IP range: 208.95.184.0/22
Ports: TCP/7000-7500
There is no need to forward inbound connections; only outbound connections need to be configured."
Is the IP address given in bold referring to the game's server IP address? If yes, could this also be used to check your ping by using the "tracert" command on the cmd window?
(i.e.: tracert 208.95.184.0)
Appreciate your kind reply.:)

That (/22) means a range of addresses, in this case it is all addresses between: 208.95.184.0 and 208.95.187.254
So no, you cannot check your ping with that since you don't know against witch one of the 1016 addresses it is.
Once connected to the game, you can open up a cmd prompt and type netstat to figure out what your connected to. The just ping that server address.

Roger that! Thanks for the prompt feedback guys. Appreciated Btw, I have just purchased my Guardian of Neverwinter pack a while ago, but noticed the word "Guardian" is not appearing below my forum name like how fukahmy is. Hope I am getting what I paid for when I access the game tomorrow.
