Panther Companion Questions

What class is this?
Its a Striker

Can it be used after tutorial, not wait til level 16?
Can pick it up from the mail after the tutorial

If its max rank upon claim, does the power still apply, it wont be reduced rate until i level up?
The companion will be Level 1

Are there any level specific abilities that will be locked?
Guess the same as above, its Level 1, so no.

    as far as anyone knows its useable at lvl 1, Lvl 16 was just a quest that gave you one. I doubt it will come max rank, and it is a striker.

    Its a striker. Its purple so max level is 30, 3 offencive slots and 3 gearslots. 3 attacks
    get can pick it up from mail after the tutorial and it will be lvl 1 and needs to be leveled like everything else :)

    The level 16 people keep mentioning is where you get your first free companion from a quest, but you can buy one from the zen or ad vendor before that aswell.
