Bug Report: semi game lock at companion naming screen

As this happened about an hour ago I'll document as best I can recall. Windows 7, 6gb ram on an HP laptop. I was near the door to the companion shop, having just gotten a wizard companion. I had my inventory screen up on the HUD, and I went to talk to a shop person nearby. As the shop person was talking I exited him (and of course he was still in mid sentence) and double clicked on the icon to bring out and name the wizard. The naming bar came up allowing typing but at that point there was no way to click OK or CANCEL with the mouse. ALT wouldn't allow OK to be pressed by mouse, ESC doesn't do its thing, TAB doesn't tab out to the OK / DELETE and the only way to exit the naming box seemingly was to close the game and restart.
Maybe we could have TAB usable in dialogue mode to access dialogue choices OR allow ESC to exit out of the dialogue mode.
