How to optimize graphic setting

The advance video setting in Neverwinter is quite impressive. It has very specific options. My desktop is not that good to play max setting but I want to play optimally. Most of the games I played, I turn off the anti aliasing and shadow because this vastly improves the framerate. Any other options can you suggest that I need to lower?

    Bloom and Particles would be the two off the top of my head.

    lower shadows,light quality,character distance ,screen space ambient occlusion and reflections

    Completely understandable given the circumstances. :)

    And yes I forgot shadows. Shadows are a HUGE resource hog.

    Or just you know... Game should live up to it's advertised System Requirements...
