As it says the red light on my launcher is still red and everytime i load the game it crashes and then does the "patching" freeze so have to re start PC lol . anyone eles getting this ?

Servers are up, even through the launcher light is red. If the issue persists, please fill out a ticket at http://support.perfectworld.com/. Thanks!
