Keep getting dissconnected

So i keep getting server timeout errors when i change zones or try and enter a party instance, then after im kicked i try to log in again but after the character screen it kicks me back to login screen. Apart from the server time out issue there is an issue at the launcher login as well:(, i literally have to run it 3 times because it stops loading due to the patcher having two failed attempts then when it finally does load i have to hit the login button about 4-5 times before it gets through to the patching process/play button. However when i do get in the game it is awesome and enjoyable so if you guys could see your way to fixing this before the end of CBT 2 i would be more then grateful:rolleyes:.
