Just curious if there is any hint or verification of any kind of Player VS Player, servers, duels or special zones?

Don't care honestly if they don't implement any but the combat seems pretty awesome to give it a whirl in some PvP situations =p

There is this magical thread. Its called "Neverwinter Online New Users FAQ". It is literally stickied at the top of the forum. I really can't give a stronger HINT than that.

Stuf writed by users not devs so you do not get many usefull information, only good point about it is that if you read it we will not see again threads about same thing over and over.

Threads like "should we walk or run", people should be banned for creating such a HAMSTER. This forum is like facebook.

It's not that I want to say people what they should write but you could quote 90% of posts in any thread and when you look at them they don't have any usefull information.

Some people say how they feel and that they want "good game", when you ask them what "good game" means they don't know what to say.

Anyway for begining you should create a thread with words " I don't want another WoW type game".

You dont have to read if you dont want too, (although some have put alot of work into there posts, which you seem to be insulting) just watch a youtube video instead ITS the DEVS talking.

Been awhile Prejt thanks for dropping in, and the walk or run thread, while not mine like i said can take on many different aspects, just some need to think outside the square.

Hope you made it over the troll bridge up there. Information being useful is subjective and such statements are inherently an opinion, so do please take some time and read through the the afore-mentioned sticky. In my opinion, it is quite informative despite any lacking of specific information that some may seek.

To answer your query; it has been officially stated that there will be no PvP at release, that PvP will come (in some form) post-release however.

    Cry some moar.

Also as mentioned a lot of the stuff in the FAQ thread is quoted from interviews with the developers. Also it s a community forum. People can talk about whatever they want as long as it is relatively topic. But as you mentioned the rehashing gets old.

Look, I get my stuff from Devs and press articles (that have been verified by company people,) so please do me a favor and if you're going to post a criticism, don't misspell WRITTEN and massacre the English language when I'm refereed in it on the first sentence! After the first few words, smisspell...I maean misspell away.

Cary on folks. And feel free to visit the verified New Users FAQ sticky thread for future questions. Or not. It's your choice.

But the answer to the question (if he bothered to read the forums and what the developers posted let alone linked to my thread or not) is PvP is not out during the game release in late 2012 but will be released later in (early) 2013.

Important note: This post is in an easygoing mood. So every hate related, abuses etc directed at it would be ignored. However, facts will be taken up for an easy going discussion.

lol, Are you being naughty prejt? Since time immemorial you had discussions and debates regarding pvp and I know that you know (and now you know I know that you know) what devs have said about PvP.

And what they have said is what truth says - PvP won't be there at launch but they plan to implement it soon next year.

After that we had discussion, in which I think I (and perhaps propagandawar(?) andre and truth) agreed with you, that PvP should be done grounds up, otherwise it won't be 'naturally' integrated in game. Although me and many others stated that PvE is more important in D&D. Also, I think truth and me said that PvE is more important in D&D and Andre held the opinion that PvE crowd will be more important though PvP is good too but that would be off-topic. However, the devs said (in a video interview, so we know that they said it) that they just don't want to add PvP but it will be an important part of game.

Just refreshing your memory. So devs are actually saying we are wrong in assuming PvP would be badly implemented.

p.s. And we all know your RP hate, but people are free to post what they want. Like you are entitled to bring up PvP debate after every little interval of time :p

Maybe it was bit too much from me but ...

There was a time that community manager did post in our threads. We did get atleast small info.

Now we get nothing no pics, no beta information. When last time any o devs reply in any thread ?

Well it's a good chance to see their activity. I'm goin to make a thread and brake few rules to see when they ban me or anyone will give a ****. Good point when i get banned there will be not many people to squeeze your balls.

Granted, without a working dev tracker, it can be hard to notice developer replies. However, to make such claims is either a complete troll or lack of one's own ability to look for their replies. I started to go through and link their posts, which is when I became aware, rather quickly, just how out of the park your claims on their non-activity is - at least to the degree you suggest.

There have been several devs and community managers very active these last few weeks. But instead of me taking the time to link that I'm actually encouraging you to see how active they are and look at the other threads in the Discussion section. I also encourage any community managers/devs/producers, etc to (re)post here and (re) introduce themselves. Without the tracker, people just aren't seeing how active people have been. As for new information posted, I asked for something in a two week window after E3, and one week has passed. Hopefully we'll see something more on game information in the next week. But until then, I'll be quite patient.

And 'll even warn you all that if anybody does something against the TOS and/or offensive and they ban you, they can seek out your current/future alt logons and ban those too.

People considering doing dumb things to test if "anybody's there" have been warned. I'll leave it now to them and the mods and wash my hands of it.
