For a warlock, it almost always has combat advantage in all directions.
My question is: when my warlock has combat advantage (the enemy has full blue ring on the floor), does my companion also have combat advantage? Or, he has to be on the opposite of me to have combat advantage?

Now does it work in this way.. Duno.. Actually it was never specify how it should work in such situation, and players are free to guess.
It's like same thing when warlock gain CA via NP,NM class feature, then also via postioning + blink dog companions effect ( gain CA against target) + someone in party use Black Death scorpion which also give CA to everyone in party..
As far I can say, that mechanic is slighly ( a lot ) broken.
