Low DPS, some powers not working

I tried a Daily power on the dummy today, Tyrannical Curse did NO damage, neither did Cursed burn, no creeping death and I had MW equipped not stormforged after someone told me they don't work with creeping death.

Wow, that's a lot of dps not working.

Wish I could attach the ACT combat log screenshot.
