Some companions won't use all of their skills (since the update)

I wanted to see how long the uptime on the combat advantage granted by Cantankerous mage was. . .only to discover he will never ever ever ever cast Repel 🧐. I then wanted to see how the shielding mechanic from Elminster works....and he wont cast the damn thing either!

Like...what were you guys trying to fix that you broke companion skills?
