Dungeon Master's Guide NO LONGER provides Daily Dungeon Bonus Rewards

I purchased the Dungeon Master's Guide from the Wondrous Bazaar when I started playing Neverwinter, (sadly it's no longer available). When you completed specific Dungeon's listed (link to it below) you would get rewards daily. The function of this no longer works... I've brought this to the attention of support and they wanted me to see how many other people are experiencing this same issue to see whether or not they should spend time fixing it (presumably). If it's in the game, it should work is my thinking... anyway, who else is seeing this same problem?

Isn't this a case of the seals you get from the caches are obsolete so theres no reason for the caches to exist anymore?, as I can't find any npcs that are even asking for seals of elements or seals of the protector

If you follow the link you shared you will see you are awarded caches of elements and protectors which if you follow the highlighted links that take you to each items own wiki page it will tell you that seals of elements and protectors were removed a long time ago, so I see no reason why the book should work anymore as the Rewards no longer exist in game and can't even be traded to the antiquities scholar anymore either so literally no point for it to work anymore

Shouldn't you already be aware that the items received from the book mentioned in the OP no longer exist in the game I mean literally only took 2mins of following links on the wiki for me to work that out.

If the item description on the wiki is correct then the dungeon master's guide never rewarded any items. It was only a tool to check the cooldown of drops that were limited to one drop each 18 hours.

Yes, that is correct. It is only a tool (a pretty useless tool even back then). It does not give any reward. It was the 'bookkeeping'. It was just a AD sink item and occupied your storage.

Hey folks! The item was deprecated since it no longer had functionality in the game. At this time we have no plans to re-activate its original use.
