Bug: Minstrel Bard song range reduced?

Fellow Minstrels (crickets) have you noticed since the last patch that your songs have noticeably less range?
So I admit I haven't scientifically measured it, but after the most recent patch I started feeling like my songs weren't going as far as before.
I've played the Bard quite a bit, and it's been my main recently, so I feel like I had a good feeling for how far it goes, but I keep not hitting people I am nearly certain I should be.
I made a little image of CoDG showing approximately where I was standing and where the other person was standing, and I wasn't hitting them, and I am nearly certain before the update I could cover nearly this entire area.
