Missing vip heal potions

Noticed today that many of my toons are not getting their daily heal pots from vip. Also even those that I had in my backpacks are gone . I watched and saw that when I opened the bag that gives you the heal pots and reroll tokens if it came up 5 heal I got them.But on others it came up 1 heal pot and 4 heal pots then I did not get any and all I had in my backpack are gone with empty spots where they should be. We are talking 100 pots each on those that are missing.

Check your potion tray, if there is a 1/2 stack loaded into the tray the new ones will stack there unil full.

If the tray has empty slot, it will go to the tray slot.
If the tray has that potion in a slot, when new potion comes in, it will combine whatever in the inventory bag and then fill up the tray slot. If it is more than 99, the rest goes back to inventory bag. In short, check your tray slot as suggested.
