Error message when try copy character to preview

in NeverwinterPreview - Bug Reports
I get this error:

"You have no characters! Please visit this page again once you have created a character in game." I have 2 characters, and I even just logged into the live server with the same credentials to verify they are still on live.

    Make sure you are copying your character to the Mimic server as it will not work on Owlbear :)
