FIENDISH CHARMER PACK

I currently have x3 fiendish packs and as mentioned in the previous posts on xbox and pc they are bugged on playstation console also. I am unable to open them and choose between the succubus or incubus that are suppose to be obtainable in this box. When you try to claim what is in the choice pack, it brings up a message that warns you about the box being discardable and item binding which is certainly not meant to happen. Once this msg has popped up you are given no other possibilities than to close the fact you clicked on the box to try to open it.

FIENDISH CHARMER PACK WON'T OPEN

IT SHOWS A WARNING MESSAGE WHICH IS NOT SUPPOSE TO HAPPEN

The fiendish pack box contains your choice of 1of the following Fiendish Charmers:
Succubus Companion
Incubus Companion:

These companions aren't meant to be bound, they're only suppose to be once equipped. We had the opportunity to acquire the fiendish box with The Descent Lockboxes.

Atm, these companions aren't accessible because when you click on the pk it won't give you the option to pick which of the 2 companions you would like to acquire.

The Fiendish Charmer Pack is BUGGED.

Instead of giving you the choice to pick what's in the box, it shows you a msg that if you

Equip The Fiendish Box, you won't be able to Trade or Auction it but you 'll still be able to Unequip or Discard it.

This msg makes no sense, since the box is not an equipable item & that it's an openable choice pack,

Pls fix it
