Devout Cleric Not Able To Get Healing Ability Off of Bracers

I tried to purchase a set of Crone's Bracers at the Seal of the Fallen Vendor, and the Crone's Bracers do NOT give outgoing healing, even though I am picking equipment for my class and paragon path. I was in my Devout Cleric paragon path loadout when I looked at the bracers, and they only give damage. A friend who is running a Devout Cleric can see the healing power with the exact same bracers at the Seals vendor. Why can't my Devout Cleric have those bracers with outgoing healing ability? What is wrong with my account that my Devout Cleric can't have the healing ability?

There are two lots of "Crone's Bracers" in the Seal Trader for Clerics with the Seals of the Fallen.

You want to look at the second one on the list (4th row down, 1st column).

@nitocris83 not sure if these two items were supposed to have the same name?
My warlock shows "Crone's Bracers" and "Crone's Wristguard"
My paladin shows "Crone's Bracers" and "Crone's Gauntlets"
Bard shows the same as Cleric.
