add insignia to legacy, please.

As simple as it sounds, just a request by a player to the powers that be (developers) to add insignia(or powder) as a possible reward to the legacy adventures shop(Sybella). With the addition of Mythic insignia and the need for large quantities of insignia powder, this seems to be an ideal fit, in addition to the current refining stones, and companion/mount tokens.
