Unable to collect unstable runic resonance in undermountain.

I used to be able to go into a runic corruption area and collect resonance, now I can't. Undermoutain is at 100% completion and I am trying to run MEs I cannot figure out why I stopped auto collection the resonance....note this only seems to affect 1 or 2 characters

I don't know what's going on in REs in UM now. Because of the changes to CA it's darn near impossible to do them solo any more without dying instantly so I can't get any resonance either. I see some people saying they are not having any problems at all as well so I am just confused at this point.

I noticed my characters that can get resonance have 1 or 2 enhanced resonator my ranger have both 1 enhanced and one not enhanced. I tried swapping place in inventory but that did not fix the issue. I guess no more farming with that character
