Level 71-80 profession Dabhand Bug

It appears no level 71-80 item can be dabhand'ed (or at least a very large amount of them...I didnt try EVERY item)
How to duplicate
1) Select any lvl 71-80 item that should qualify for dabhand. Hardsteel Ingot, Basilisk Leather, etc.
2) Select an artisan with Dabhand
3) complete that item many many many many times.
4) Dabhand will activate 0 times.
***BONUS BUG***
I was just told none of the 71-80 items can be donated to a guild's coffee either 🤷🏽♂️. Looking like the programmers royally screwed this one up and haven't fixed it in.....2 years?
