Linu's Favor Not Being Rewarded

I was in the Well of Dragons during the double rewards event. I turned in Rewards for the Hoard and Reclaiming the Hoard, expecting to get double the rewards, including Linu's Favor. Imagine my surprise when I didn't get any at all. I opened a ticket to see if I could get help, and they told me that it is a bug in the system and to post my issue here for the developers to find. So I am posting it. The ticket I opened was ticket number 511337. I just want to make sure that I can get the favors in the future, as I cannot finish the Tyranny of Dragons campaign without the favors, and that's all I really want to do.

    After you turned in your stuff completely, you need to:
    bring up Tyranny of Dragons campaign.
    Click more
    Click Contribute
    You will see your Linu's Favor to be claimed. If you did that in 2x, you would get two. I got two.

    If you're already in the well of dragons area, just go to the cart there again, then you can claim your reward and you can pick up the next quest there too.
