Ealdrin currency bonus broken?

Got all set to be ready to finish part 2 of Sharandar in only 3 weeks, instead of 3, plus one day. Did 2 quests with Eladrin comp power equipped. Got the 10% bonus undead potions like I'm supposed to but did not get the bonus Fey blight. In part 1 you got bonus iron curios. Is this working as intended, cuz if so that's false advertising on the comp. The bonus states 10% bonus Sharandar Currencies, in addition to whatever the other bonus was.
