Random Q kick timer

There is absolutely no reason to get a random q lockout timer when you are disconnected due to either Neverwinter server issues or, local network issues that are outside my control. Even if I get a random q lockout timer for leaving a q when I choose to there should be a timer on the q locks, and it should tell me it's due to leaving the q that I can't get into random qs. Not just some vague statement about not meeting the requirements when I do in fact meet them.

True, it should monitor if you're attempting to re-login and hold on if it can see you - but we all know that many players use it to avoid playing a certain dungeon or attempt to get a group to kick them. You're 2nd point is also right though - they should give you a precise reason and timer. I believe they used to do that in pvp but I haven't done it for a few years so I don't know if it's still there.
