Merging Health-stones of equal rarity and value

Tl;dr
Stone of Health should be able to be merged.
Example: Green health stone with 2 charges should be able to be merged with another green health stone up to a max of 50 charges
Say you have a green stone with 2 charges you would be able to merge it into another green health stone provided it had 48 or less charges as to not exceed 50.
Ideally this would carry over to blue rarity 200 charge health stones too.
That being said I don’t believe you should be able to mix rarity, aka merge a green stone into a blue stone for the simple fact it holds more charges.
It is annoying to have multiple Stone of health with 2-3 charges on them that are not ideal to use in Zariel or Tomm without having to swap items to my hot bar on the fly.
