Unable to start game client

How Can I enter the game? This is the notifiaction:
Unable to start game client: Windows error code 2 (While attempting to format, received error code 1
Restarting PC or game client doesn't solve the problem. Its second time during a week this thing has happend.

    Windows error code 2:

    ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

    2 (0x2)

    The system cannot find the file specified.

    Probably, need to re-install.

    Hallo,yesterday I did play, today I got this:
    Unable to start game client: Windows error code 2 (While attempting to format, received error code 15100.)

    No updates at all. I tried to check the files through steam, I tried to start it through ARC, I tried to reinstal the game, restart coputer ... no result. What is going on?

    Anyone can help me?

    Find the Neverwinter.exe on your drive, just run that, there is no need to run these other launchers.

    In Neverwinter launcher/patcher, click Options(upper right corner), and find the checkbox for Force Verify.

    Force verify will find any bugged files in your installation.

    If that doesn't work, you can try:
    * Find the directory named 'cache' in your installation and delete everything in it(this will make game temporary slow initially while shaders etc are recompiled, but it will pass)

    Another standard thing to try is to make sure you have the latest updated graphics driver, but that probably is not the issue here.
