Caer konig quest and weeklys bugged

I have a character that has been unable to get most the quests from caer konig the quests are brigrims and needless distractions from bowen brant and the other daily quests that won’t show are the ones from the npcs called gurth grimstalker which gives a quest called yeti vendetta and flint vreesh who gives the quest called frost giant moot and then grigoi scrimshander who gives the quest called a grim warning they normally have a daily quest each that give aurils tears
it’s been like this for a few weeks now the only quests I can do are ones that give dwarf gold
Im unsure how it bugged as I just did all the daily quests and the weekly then when the weekly reset happened I go back everything broke there are no quests even the daily’s so
Any help would be appreciated as it’s stopped my progress in the campaign unless I buy genie Gifts
