Inventory 'Gear Shape' Dropdown Menu Bug

If I try to click the Gear at the bottom right of my inventory when talking to a vendor (in this case to Sell All Treasure) the sub-menu only stays on the screen for a fraction of a second. This makes Sell All unusable.

If I'm looking at my inventory without talking to a vendor, the dropdown stays open, as it should.

The drop down menu works but you need to be in the 'selling' mode instead of 'store' mode.
In the vendor window, click the bottom tab in the left side.

P.S. if you are in the selling mode, you may just use the 'sell all treasure' in the vendor window instead of the drop down menu (although that works if you have treasure in inventory).
