Not possible to copy a character to preview

Hello, we have been trying for many hours to copy a character to the preview server, but we always end with an error message saying to try again later.
Could you please check whether there is a server account problem?
Or confirm if devs are locking the server all day long?
Anyway, it would be great to propose at least a time window for the players that want to copy a character.
