Legendary movement or gladiators guile not working after latest patch or possibly due to Siege

Got on today first time since patch on thursday and my paladins mounted movement is not as fast as it should be. He has 3x gladiators guile, and legendary movement. Before thursday 3-12-2020 he was hyper fast. Now he seems as slow as my toons with only epic movment. ANd those guys seem slower than they should be. The only toon with legendary movement that seems to be moving faster is my warlock with the crystalline warhorse.

Before thursdays patch it seemed like only certain maps had the issue, now it seems like my pally is moving slow everywhere.

This needs to be fixed please, I didn't go thru all the effort to have 3x gladiators guile to have it not work all of a sudden after a patch, or just because there's and event going on...

Use a stop watch to measure. Certain mount seems to be slow because of its animation and sound effect. Certain slow mount seems to be faster because of animation and sound effect.

When in doubt, check it. I checked that myself before.
My favourite is to use stronghold. Start from the fire place in the hall. Aim to the fountain. Use the stop watch to check how long it takes to go there with the legendary mount. Then, do it again with the Epic mount to verify the time difference.

I dunno, I just know that when mounted he usedtacould haul keester. Way faster than running. Now when mounted he seems to be no faster than running. Also did not see difference between legendary movement, and epic movement.

I may try that. Shortly after I posted this, I began to wonder whether or not the number of people in an instance would affect it or not(lag). I'll have to go to different areas with the various toons, and look at it closerer again.

It could be awhile, as I have no vip, no backlog of rad to refine, and just unlocked IC. Have not run IC yet, and haven't even run ToMM, dunno if I'm gonna hang out for hours on end just to get a run in. Since the boons don't seem to make much difference like they usedtacould, I'm not planning to run Avernus to finish the last boon points on my pally. Since I have reconnected with Civ, I plan to spend some time conquering the world for awhile and take a break from Neverwinter, as I've been bored out of my mind lately with nothing to do, and no incentive to just log in everyday with no vip...
