Chultan Tiger question...

Hi
Does anybody know if there's a cooldown for the power of the Chultan Tiger?

It says, movement speed is increased by 20% and power by 6000 for 10 seconds after enter in combat.
So, after every 10 seconds I can proc it? (I know, if I'm not already in a fight taking more than 10 sec.)

So, anyone tested it? Description says nothing about cooldown, but we know that some descriptions in the game are not complete or very accurate.

    It was tested on mod 13 and there was no ICD. I doubt anyone has tested it since the mod 16 rework.

    It is not hard to test that yourself. Find 2 groups of weak mob close to each other. Kill the first group within 10 seconds. Watch yourself out of combat stance and the power back to 'normal". Jump to the 2 group (don't need to fight) and check if the power increases.
