Boundless Runic Corruption Broken

I have repeatedly attempted to complete this Quest. Every time the very last unstable resonance that i collect goes straight into an overflow inventory slot (my inventory is not full). This resonance can not be moved, transferred, or used to upgrade the artifact. As such I can not complete this quest

Try discarding something from your "Other Currencies" bag (the bag on your Currencies tab, where Reroll Tokens and bounty items are stored), and then try to transfer the item in your overflow bag again.

I don't believe the currency tab is capped, but not 100% sure. However, the professions bag is capped and will give this message when full. The OP should check his professions bags.

The currency tab doors have a cap on "Other Currencies" and I have reached it in the past due to Neverwinter Renown.
I suggest that the OP auction off some of the unbound currencies and discard the bound, unusable currencies to make room.
I also think that it would be helpful if the developers would remember to leave last chance vendors up for all events so such currencies can be used instead of filling up our inventories.
