Transaction pending?

Why did I get this? I just purchased some zen as I have a 25% coupon to use on a bag and my order is pending review?!? The coupon only has a 60 minute lifetime. I only purchased the zen so I could use the coupon and get a bag. How long do these orders usually stay in pending? What happens if I don't get the zen until after my coupon expires? That's a bit of a scam as I only wanted the zen for the bag :(

    Hopefully you got your zen before the coupon expired. Otherwise, just hold on to the zen until you get that coupon again. The first time you charge zen it can take up to a few hours to confirm.
