Swift Golden Lion Combat Power

Swift Golden Lion is a legendary mount only be obtain from spending real money to open lockbox,
1st from 100% shield drop to 30% during mod 16 but now we are only getting like 3% of shield using the combat power .

Please help look into this.

I believe the power of the "swift golden lion" mount is buggy.
Surely you don't have a 30% shield, you probably have a 3% shield.

In this way it is a useless mount, it's like having a green mount that runs at 140% speed.
