mod 17 quest unsolvable

So I'm sopose to gather some 4 fragments God knows how and God knows where, for over a week now I can't finish this quest, zrenith something like that I can't even write it. I'm not native english speaking.

    2 gith intelligence=1 Gith warden expedition, 3 Gith warden expedition= 1 Gith Fragment expedition. Same for the Illithids, and you get the Fragments from the Fragment expeditions. Should take you 12 days to finish the quest and unlock ToMM.
