Lost all rough ad all players on PS4

We are see player after player who are reporting that all of their rough ad on all of their toons have been set to Zero. What is going on?

All of a sudden all my ad and rad disappeared. Does anyone know why?

Its not just rough ad. On my evil_nimph account, all ad on all characters has been reset to zero.
