Company of Wolves party credit bug

You don't get credit if running Company of Wolves in party IF YOU DON'T SPEAK TO Szoldar before entering the instance (because some party member already opened the circle), since you don't get check for "Speak to Szoldar in the tavern" part of the quest. It's quite possible it is also related to a given person being in another instance when the entrance circle is opened, although I'm pretty sure I've had in a party once someone who was in the instance from the start but didn't get credit for the run either.
Similar issue (and for similar reason - missing credit for talking to Danika Doriakova) is occuring with Bongrinder quest.

Is it a bug? You always need to get the quest before doing the quest in order to to get the credit.

You get quest from Ezmerelda. Talking to Szoldar is the next part of it activating entering the instance.

Boggles the mind that this still is not fixed. Talking to the guy who starts instance does NOT help either. I have done that for both the last two weeks and both last and this week bonegrinder didn't complete for me and had to run a second time. How they can "fix" "Storming the Castle" and not fix these two actual bugs is just maddening. I'm generally patient and understanding but these are very frustrating in that some classes can take a really long time to do solo unless they are very high IL. Fix it already. jeez
