Missing owl bear mount

in Bug Reports (PC)
I linked my Twitch Prime account and claimed the Owl Bear mount. I used the option to make active yet is doesnt appear in my mounts collection. The amount of mounts I own has increased by one but I am unable to use the Owl Bear as it says I don't own it. Any ideas?

    Have you equipped it from your inventory?

    Yes its in my stable but doesnt show under my collected mounts. The amount of mounts I have has increased by one though
